What is the cost to host an Encounter Weekend School?

There is no fee for the hosting organization (parish/ministry) but they will be expected to coordinate and run the onsite logistical needs of the event. Onsite logistics include: registration needs (ie providing name tags), printing off provided participant handouts, setting up AV equipment, room set-up / cleanup, and providing and coordinating any volunteers your organization may need.
