Ministry Project

Encounter School of Ministry intentionally seeks to create a rhythm of sitting at the feet of Jesus and then following Jesus’ footsteps to do what he does. First-year student experience focuses on renewal and transformation through hearing God’s voice, dynamic activations, and small group discussion before beginning to engage in ministry opportunities. We shift our focus to equipping leaders who can remain rooted in intimacy while they walk in authority to demonstrate God’s love beyond the walls of the church. As a catalytic opportunity and also a certification requirement, second-year students will be challenged to create and complete a group ministry project.
